Location excellent. Staff excellent. Allowed me to check in early. I could not get the TV to work and could not find instructions.

I enjoyed my stay at the Nayland Hotel London. Although the room was small, it was very clean. I would definitely book here again.

The Nayland Hotel London is a very nice hotel. The room was clean, tidy and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely book there again.

Nayland Hotel London is conveniently located near Paddington Station, just a five minute walk. The room was a good size, the bathroom was a little small but nothing out of the ordinary for a central London hotel. The staff was very helpful, courteous and friendly. The breakfast was decent, as expected from continental style. The only complaint would be the basement room was incredibly cold; the heating only came on for certain hours during the day, I guess this is normal, but because it was a basement room, at no point during our stay did the room get warm. I guess next time we'll avoid the basement rooms during the winter. All in all, we will definitely stay again

I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay at The Nayland if I visited London again.

Our stay at Nayland Hotel London was excellent and we will certanly stay again. Room was lovely (would of been nice to have had tea/coffee plus kettle), bathroom and shower excellent. People very good, hotel spotlessly clean. Breakfast good. Will use again

Very clean comfortable room, however our curtains were falling off and needing stitching. A wee bit disappointed with breakfast which was adequate. Staff polite and helpful
