Got a last minute standard deal. The room wasn't too basic but a bit on the small side. Nayland Hotel London was in a great location within a 10 minute walk from Oxford Street, Regent Street and so on. Breakfast was'nt great though 

We had a very comfortable stay at the Nayland Hotel London. The location is first-class near the underground, Hyde Park and most of the attractions. Excellent value for money

I stayed in a single room at Nayland Hotel London and while the room was clean, it was extremely small compared with the view shown on the website. A chair was supplied as well as a stool but other than sitting at the desk which was where the TV was located there was no where else to put the chair since the room was so narrow. Having said that the staff was friendly and able to assist with any enquiry I had. It was conveniently located to Paddington Station. If all you are after is somewhere to sleep and not somewhere to relax then this would be suitable for a stay. Not having stayed in any other accommodation in the London area I cannot state if this is standard or above/below standard

The trade-off for convenience is a room that Americans would call quite small, but the price and location are reasonable. The wifi (extra) worked without problem, the cleanliness was excellent, and the desk staff were helpful and courteous. You can tell the place is rub well by the efficiency and friendly manner in which breakfast is served, a very professional operation throughout. Recommended, I will be happy to return to Naylnad Hotel London later on this same trip

My daughter and I spent about a week at the Nayland Hotel London. The staff was very helpful and responsive to our questions about getting around and suggestions about things to do. The hotel is in a very convenient location, right by Paddington Station. The rooms are a bit small, but you shouldn't be carrying that much luggage anyway

The staff at the Nayland Hotel were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well-maintained, apart from the bathroom fans, which didn't work in 2 of our rooms (we had 2 singles and 2 doubles). The space was used with great efficiency. I was glad I am not any larger, as the bathroom was very compact, but very clean with a good shower, which was nice and hot. The breakfast was adequate, with a nice cup of tea. The breakfast-room furniture was a little tightly packed and it was hard to get to your chair

Nayland Hotel is in a good location with pleasant staff who allowed me to check in early and called me to ensure heater was working. I could not get TV working and there were no instructions to help.
