Our stay at the Maitrise Hotel London Maida Vale was pleasant and staff were welcoming and helpful. We stayed in a twin room with no windows. The room was clean and tidy. We found however that there was a damp smell upon entry and over night there was a sewage type smell which was difficult to get rid of as there were no window and the ventilation was poor. The continental breakfast was limited and not very appetizing. We ate out for breakfast on day two as what was on offer as part of our room booking, was not enough especially for those then spending the day touring London. Overall our stay was pleasant but significantly over priced for a room with no windows and a continental breakfast of this standard. I would recommend this hotel (this room type) if you are just looking for somewhere to rest your head after a long day

Excellent English breakfast. Great location. Friendly staff. Spacious bedroom with very good bathroom and shower. Room safe didn't work. Staff couldn't fix it. Air conditioning didn't seem to work. Room very hot at night. Overall, good value so I will book Maitrise Hotel London Maida Vale again

Welcome reception with friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. We had a room with windows which was small but did offer us all the facilities we would expect ie enough towels, toiletries, tea and coffee, safe and wine cooler etc. We had booked offer that included a continental buffet breakfast - this was fresh with a varied choice. We have already recommended it and would book Maitrise Hotel London Maida Vale again

Great London hotel, nice room, lovely bathroom. Good location only 4-5 minute walk to the tube station. Handy little Tesco express directly opposite hotel too

Very conveniently located with easy access to underground, overground and buses. Clean hotel with good breakfast options. The only disadvantage is that the rooms are on the smallish side. Whilst you do expect this for a London hotel, the bed was way too small. We stayed at the hotel previously and the bed was not big but still bigger than the one we had this time round

We stayed for 1 night and had a lovely time. The hotel staff are very pleasant and accommodating with storing luggage. The room was modern and clean,perfect for a short stay. The location is excellent if you want to get around London . During check out we witnessed a very rude guest and the gentleman on reception dealt with the guest in a very polite manner. I would definitely book Maitrise Hotel London Maida Vale again

Cannot express how delighted I was with my stay at the Maitrise Hotel in Maida Vale. Having tried several other establishments this one is hands down the most pleasant. All staff were helpful with a professional manner and the full breakfast was delicious. Shall definitely book Maitrise Hotel London Maida Vale again

Very friendly staff at Maitrise Hotel London Maida Vale. Bus Station in front of the hotel, Underground Station nearby. Our room had no window, I haven't seen it because it was dark, when we arrived

Location of Maitrise Hotel London Maida Vale is good. Close to tube, shops etc. cleanliness is good. However since our last stay it would appear shower trays do not empty in any room. Also we had an another issue with the shower which we brought to the attention of four different people yet it was never resolved. It's a good value London hotel and with a little more attention to detail it would be very good
