The hotel could not accept either of our cards and we were asked if we could walk into Earls Court and take some money out of a cash machine to pay the bill. Ridiculous. Although the sheets were clean the base of the beds were filthy. Also the sink would not drain. A bad expierience all round

The room was very small and very noisy because it was overlooking the tube line. I had to ask for a different kettle because the one I had was filthy inside but the people were friendly and breakfast service was good

We really enjoyed our stay at Lord Kensington Hotel. It was clean, nice rooms, friendly staff and superb location in a quiet road near Earls Court. Good prices and nice breakfast. We will definitely come back.

A very clean and friendly hotel, although the bedrooms are small they are spotless. Reception staff were very helpful. I would recommend this hotel. Location excellent.

Friendly welcome on arrival. Room was fairly small (as expected) but clean. TV reception not great but not really an issue for me. The only real complaint is that the hotel is very close to the tube station, so if you sleep with the window open and/or a light sleeper, you may have a disturbed night

Overall I thought the hotel was fine and offered good value for the lower rates. Our room was clean & light & comfortable, the hotel is well placed & easy to get to. The staff were all very pleasant & helpful. The only drawback is the breakfast & the dining room - way too small & the carpet was filthy. The food was barely acceptable, but fix that & I think everyone will be happy

Nice hotel nice people, parking is available yes, but at a price! Approx 20 pounds. Small rooms but very clean and comfy what you would expect from budget central London hotel. Simple continental breakfast.

The Lord Kensington is a super little hotel. We got a warm welcome from the friendly staff. Our room wasnt ready on arrival but we were able to leave our bags safely until it was. The room was small but spotlessly clean. My only criticism was that the bed was very soft. The continental breakfast was plentiful and very fresh. Excellent value and very close to the underground station at Earls Court.

On entering the hotel I was greeted with a warm smile and welcome. The room was very comfortable and all amenities were clean and tidy. Everything was to my satisfaction. Excellent value for money.

Better than the first time - warm, welcoming, clean & relaxing. Friendly staff make the stay that much more enjoyable & hassle free. Excellent shower even on the top floor. Tried the breakfast once & is adequate to good - highly recommended.
