Linden House Hotel Reviews page 4
Based on 100 Hotel ReviewsI would not recommend staying at this hotel, it is very basic and dirty
Very poor. I would not stay there again or recommend it. Room was a cupboard in the basement. Bathroom another cupboard with a walk in shower but this was not separte from the toilet or sink. Breakfast a joke. Toast and cereal
I first stayed at this hotel in December 2003 and found it excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was more than adequate. Unfortunately, my stay in August 2009 was very different. The room was very small and cramped and the staff were unfriendly and indifferent. They didn't even say thank you when we left. I won't be using this hotel again
Rooms small but better than expected in a cheap London hotel, especially the fresh toilet/shower. Got double beds contrary to booking initially, and water leak in one bed, but after two nights we got a switch and free upgrade. Helpful staff.
Linden House Hotel is really good value, the room was nice and clean and the staff really helpful. We stayed in August when London is very busy but I was surprised how quiet the room was. Would go back
Linden House Hotel is okay and very decently priced, but the rooms are fairly small and the bathrooms are very much lacking in any space to hang towels etc. The walls are paper thin and although the staff are friendly, it took them 2-3 days to repair our door lock, so there was always a hassle getting into our room.
I found the room OK for the one night I was staying, it was in an excellent location as Oxford Street is 10 minutes away, there are lots of shops and restaurants down the road and it is it not far from Paddington underground
Some delay checking in. Very good relation price/quality.
The hotel room was very good. The bathroom was clean and nice looking, great shower cabin, beds are fine, TV set with many British channels, but the bathroom was ridiculously small for three person room. Breakfast is very poor, but this is more or less the same in other hotels of that category. The personnel is very kind, they gave us two keys to see which room we prefer. Never seen that before.
The staff were extremely helpful, suggesting places to park my car and directions we needed to get into London the following morning. Rooms were very comfortable, just need a slight clean in regarding paintwork etc but bedding and bathrooms were clean. Good location to get into London, only 10mins walk to Oxford Street. Breakfast was fine as well. I would be happy to stay there again.
