Lidos Hotel Reviews page 6
Based on 72 Hotel ReviewsCheap rooms, you cannot expect too much, the sheets are clean, the beds okay, the showers good but the rooms are tiny and sometimes very old and rickety. Breakfast good and the people friendly
The room was very small. However, maybe this is the price-value ratio, I mustn't expect more for this money. The staff was kind
I booked a room with private bathroom, but the bathroom was so small that the toilet was under the basin!
We weren't informed of the breakfast time when we arrived and the room for 5 people could only accommodate 3 comfortably. The only good part was the location
We were very happy with accommodation and very nice staff. Spent here 8 nights and room was very clean and comfy. Very good price. We will come back again
I wouldn't stay there again. The only worthy thing was the price. The room was really tiny, believe me, less than 2x3 metres; it was room 19, in the forth floor, of course without any lift. We had to change the room because they give us firstly another one. There was a strange noise coming from the heating in the first room. Breakfast was okay and there was a bus stop at the hotel door, what was not such an advantage considering we use the tube almost always
Good value for money. Stayed in a double room which was small (you get what you pay for), but had a shower. There is no elevator, so a bit of a pain if you have lots of baggage. Good location - within walking distance to all London City sites. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again
Nice hotel, very basic but very friendly staff and clean. Close to the Palace and other sight seeing places. Would stay there again.
It is this kind of hotel that’s needed when travelling with children. Nice hotel. Very nice staff and service.
Well situated. Friendly staff. Acceptable breakfast. Rooms a bit small.
