The room was small but clean. The shower was new, clean and nice. The staff were not very friendly

Very friendly hosts, clean rooms and good location! Great value for money

This is definitely a budget hotel but in an excellent area of London, just 10 minutes walk from Victoria Coach station. The rooms are in need of refurbishment but that was in the process of being done while we stayed. We initially stayed in a refurbished room of basic standards but this room was good enough for the money we paid. Unfortunately there was a problem with the plumbing and heating and nevertheless after a polite complaint to the manager he apologized and we moved rooms to one that certainly required refurbishment but it was fine. This room was very warm and plenty of hot water despite the peeling paper and dated decor. Watch out for breakfast, although sufficient breakfast for your money, the clock on the wall is fast and the staff like to clear the buffet table around 09:15 rather than 09:30 for the odd latecomers we noticed. In all fairness the hotel is very basic and needs updating but you get what you pay for

My wife and I were impressed by the cleanliness of the whole hotel. We appreciated the efficiency of the breakfast staff and enjoyed the continental menu. One suggestion would be that, in future, if renovations are taking place guests should not be allocated rooms without a fully fuctioning shower or be faced with nowhere to hang or place clothes etc. To be fair, having faced this situation and complained we were transfered to another room which was adequate. We would certainly visit again in the future

Very nice hotel located close to Victoria Station. Rooms basic but comfortable, only issue would be how hot the rooms were. Overall better than expected

If you fancy a clean ideal location hotel, then this is it. Less than 5 minutes from Victoria, a bus stop outside, and within 10 mins of the Houses of Parliament. The staff are helpful, the rooms clean, although not large but ideal for a short stay. 10 out of 10 for location, price. I will recommend it to my friends

We just wish you would have had a lift other than that everything was very good value for money

The room was very small, we didn't know that there was no toilet in the room. The walls are too thin and in the second night we didn't sleep nothing because of the noise. The breakfast was good and the location of the hotel is fabulous. The hotel is in renovation at this moment. The employee at the desk was not very nice and the English he speaks, is very dificult to understand. The street is very calm and near to Victoria Station
