Stayed at Kings Cross Inn Hotel the night before and the night after our trip to Paris, my third visit in 12 months. My friend and myself were highly satisfied with our visit, everyone most helpful. Obviously stayed in one of the refurbished rooms and we found no fault at all. The breakfast was also very good. Thank you

A fairly good London hotel, and one is not to expect more at this price. The roof spotlight was blinking, and we had to remove it while staying in the room. The toilet seat was rather loose. Nice and effective air conditioning machine

Very nice located London hotel, friendly staff. Room very nicely modern with good facilities. Very clean. Continental breakfast was good but there where small points that let it down. No saucers to put you cup on, no Small tea spoons to stir with. Lack of cereals only two to choose from, only Ham and cheese available. Plus I think that WiFi should be available free and pay for, also leaving Luggage there shouldn't be a charge

I got confused with the pricing and thought the price for two people was cheap, before realising too late (payment had been accepted) that it was actually priced per person. I feel this was a bit steep. Kings Cross Inn Hotel itself is in a perfect location, just opposite St Pancras station. I recall the hotel being quite noisy at night but I didn't mind so much because I was conked out drunk. And it is this very reason that I woke up late and unfortunately missed having the breakfast

The staff were very friendly, the hotel overall was clean and the rooms were very clean. It was located very close to the underground and train station which was so helpful. Overall we had a very good experience and would definitely book Kings Cross Inn Hotel again

The rooms we were shown were dirty with dirty bedding and hairs on the sheets and pillow cases. The hotel was musty, old and run down. The manager was never available for help and we found the staff to be very unwelcoming. The breakfast was basic and we will not be returning to this hotel or recommending it.

Kings Cross Inn Hotel was really nice. Really unique compared to the others quite classy for a three star. I really enjoyed my stay I'll surely book again

Very clean rooms at Kings Cross Inn Hotel with ample space. Excellent location. The only reason I didn't give more stars was that continental breakfast was supposed to be included as was luggage storage. They tried to charge me for both of these

Fantastic night's stay. We had a room for 3, the beds were comfortable, good tea coffee facilities in room, beautiful powerful shower with towels and toiletries included. A really good continental breakfast and very friendly helpful staff 24/7. Much more than I expected for the money and location. In walking distance to West end with a tube station right outside. Would definitely book Kings Cross Inn Hotel again and recommend it

I stayed at Kings Cross Inn Hotel with family members for one night as we were going to a show. We had four single beds in a spacious, spotless room and had a nice breakfast the next morning. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again and recommend the hotel to others. The only complaint was the terrible smell in the hallway and the fact that the windows were very old, leaving in a strong breeze all night and a lot noise. Other than that we had a lovely stay
