Everything is good but not clean enough

There was a problem with the water pipes, they hammered away all night and I struggled to get any sleep. Apart from that the room and shower were clean and comfortable, just too noisy for sleeping!

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was recently refurbished, as we understood, and it looked very clean and well decorated. The bedroom was very comfortable, and the en-suite fittings and decorations were excellent. There was a large selection of breakfast food, and that was also to a good standard. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I would be very happy to book Kings Cross Inn Hotel again.

This is a great hotel for the price. The whole place is really modern, the bar is great and understated, the building looks much more posh and expensive from the outside, the rooms are modern and comfortable with clean décor that doesn’t feel like they’re trying to be too posh. My bathroom felt like one in a much more expensive hotel. And the best bit is the location. I couldn’t be nearer to Kings Cross station unless I slept rough on the porch. There’s a lot to do in the area and it’s a great place to just walk around and take in the sights, as well as get to everywhere else in London. Really great hotel, I’d definitely stay again. In fact, I think I’ve found my favourite! Breakfast was great too

The receptionist at Kings Cross Inn Hotel was very efficient. The room was clean and relatively spacious. The shower was good. My contract was room only and I did not eat there as I did not like the setting

Used Kings Cross Inn Hotel as stop over on way to France. The hotel and room was clean and tidy. Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but ok for one night. Room had everything we needed including air conditioning and personal safe. Think wifi could have been included and not a payable extra. Would definitely book again
