City View Hotel Stratford Reviews page 5
Comfortable beds at Kings Head Guest House were marred by very sparsely furnished rooms. The shared bathroom on the second floor had a poorly flushing water closet but better ones found on first floor. Tea and coffee available at all times in reception area but in styrofoam cups. TV worked well and no noise from outside. Adjoining bar friendly and good value. Receptionist helpful and knowledgeable about transport facilities
The room at Kings Head Guest House was Great, we loved it. No noise and so relaxing. Excellent customer service. Thank you
The staff are very friendly, the house is large with an olde worldy charm. There isn't much bedding and the common areas such as the bathrooms are not very clean but it's great for those on a budget. There are many fast food places (kebab, pizza) right next to the hotel at extremely affordable prices (half price at the city centre and open until late).
The bus and subway are nearby and Stratford station is excellent with all types of transport. A cheap and easy way to get around London is with an Oyster Card.
Shared toilet and bathroom were not very clean, constantly had no toilet paper. People at the reception are good. It was the end of September, so the room was warm enough. Guest house for those who come to London on business, or to relax with friends, not staying in the room for a long time
Very bad shower, noisy place.
Good stay in this hotel in London, nice people of all staff. Reached Stratford very easily
When I next visit the area, I will go to this hotel again. Cheapest available, clean, and friendly/helpful staff. Yes, it's basic, but for the price you can not fault it
Guest House was cheap, bed linen and towels were great. shared bathroom left a lot to be desired, wouldnt stay there again
The room at Kings Head Guest Hose was nice but a above a pub, so noisy. Nice hotel, but toilets and bathroom were dirty
Clean room, kind service, coffee or tea available 24 h, low price. I recommend Kings Head Guest House
