The room was dirty and we missed breakfast but it was cheap so we didn't expect much.

We had a problem finding the place because they changed their name without notifying us that. Personnel was so lovely and polite. We had no problem asking for information. Room was a bit small. No sleep tables, no wardrobe and bathroom was not very clean. No shampoo, no shower gel provided. The bed was very comfortable. But I think the price is very low, so Kings Head Guest House is not a bad option to stay few days

The room at Kings Head Guest House was small but cosy. Was clean room, we did not stay the full 4 days as had get home. Stayed only over night, was not offered any money back but was offered discount next time. Staff was friendly, could have done with kettle in room save keep going down stairs. Other than that not too bad

Service was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but most important it was clean. We were glad that we could arrive and leave during the night, so it was very good that it was open 24 hours. We would book Kings Head Guest House again

All fine, quite friendly. Thicker walls and doors would be great, but we enjoyed our stay and they were fair prices at Kings Head Guest House

The female staff member was very kind and caring. Duvet and bed linen clean but too short for the bed and for two people. Room and lounge could be more clean

Staff were very kind and made us feel very welcome at Kings Head Guest House. Room and beds were clean with a freeview t.v. A couple of points that need to be addressed that should help improve the hotel. 1) More clear signing outside as they changed the name of the hotel without informing us. 2) More bathrooms are needed. There was 1 bathroom to share for the whole floor so when needing just the loo it could be quite a wait. 3) on arrival we were given a complimentary full English breakfast. This breakfast consisted on 2 pieces of toast, a spoonful of eggs and cold baked beans. Not exactly a full English. I really feel that tea and coffee should be on the rooms as although we could help ourselves to it in reception the kettle never had any water in it when we wanted one. One incident that happened with the room next to us being extremely noisy most of the night was dealt with very professionally and immediately. Staff were extremely kind and prompt with any issues

Great London accommodation on a budget

Kings Head Guest House is only 10 minutes from the tube. The staff is very helpful, we were with a small child and we didn't have any problems. I sincerely recommend
