City View Hotel Stratford Reviews

A very clean hotel in London with nice and friendly staff. Although the hotel is a bit far located from the center of London, we would recommend this hotel

The room was dirty with dust under the bed. The shower drains were also blocked and flooded the floor.

Kings Head Guest House is very pretty! We stayed for 3 nights: It's very close to the tube station and to the bus stop

A friend and I spent 4 nights at kings Head Guest House and really liked it. The people were really nice and helpful and the rooms correct too

Not a bad place to stay, and the price is pretty good for London. It's close to public transport and they have free tea and coffee all day as well as 24 hour reception. The people at reception are very friendly and helpful too and they have a computer and free wifi. Although it could be cleaner, especially in the bathrooms, because the drains for the water in the shower didn't really work, so water ended up being everywhere. Also, we stayed for a week at Kings Head Guest House and it might be nice to have bed sheets and towels changed regularly. Although when we asked about it at reception, the staff gave us clean sheets and towels straight away. It was a very enjoyable stay

Towels, shower gel and body wash were not provided for me. I also had to pay a charge for using my credit card.

Had to pay surcharge for paying with credit card and there was no shampoo and body gel for me to use. I did not have any towels provided either and staff argued with me

Reception needs renovating and it was dirty under my bed. But the receptionist was very friendly.

Friendly staff at Kings Head Guest House, okay room, very bad wifi, good location easy acess from Stratford Station to central London, perfect cheap place for young ravers

Great place to stay. Its basic but still felt like home from home. Customer service was good and location was great. Keep up good work and will be booking again when am in London.
