The room is large and tidy. You have a large table for you to work on. It is much better than my expectation. Breakfast is included in the plan. It is quite cool to eat an English breakfast early in the morning. The breakfast is hot and you can choose many things to eat. The staff are friendly. The washing machine and drying machine is not expensive here (1.4 pounds for washing and 0.4 pounds for drying) here. However, they don't provide us internet access in the hall. The hall is too far away from the stations and you need at least 8 minutes walk to the station

Excellent facilities at an affordable price. Close to very good bus and train connections to central London. This is my third time and I will be coming again

The four-night stay in KCH was fantastic.The traffic was convenient and the room was bright and clean. Only there wasn't any access for visitors to surf Internet made it quite disappointed. And the mix-gender accommodation was a little bit unsafe for single girl.

No hot water for shower, nobody flushed the toilet in the shared bathroom... there was strange noise in my room at night, and the room is very dark even with the light on and very smelly...the fire alarm started ringing around 2am and kept ringing every 1hr until 7am...what a wonderful place for holiday

Lots of noise at night from the street especially when groups were coming back to the residence. Sometimes, the showers were not very clean. Breakfast were good, the Internet access was perfect, and the room was clean

This was my first stay at a university hall of residence other than as a student! The floor that I was on was quiet, I think there were students around but they were never a problem. The toilets were a long way from my room, as there were few people around this was never a problem. The shampoo/shower gel pack in my room was a nice surprise. Choice at breakfast excellent. Location super, lots of choice on public transport, and lots of explanations, maps etc. In the reception area. The maintenance man who explained about the TV lounge was a star. The kitchen area could have been useful if I had though to bring my own mug

Very quiet and beautiful place - at least during the summer vacations. Everything worked perfectly, clean, nice rooms, including all common rooms like bath, shower or toilets. Helpful and always friendly staff. I enjoyed a perfect weekend, thank you very much

For the cheap price it was very good. Just what I was expecting. I would be happy to use it again. Very friendly,helpful staff

Extraordinary value. My room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the full English breakfast adequate and delicious. I did, however, have a disappointing daily shower. I used the shower/toilet closest to room 120; apparently, boiler problems are at fault. One morning I went to the showers at the other end of the hall and the water was scalding...so I returned to the cool water by #120
