Hotel Olympia Reviews page 4
Based on 40 Hotel ReviewsThe hotel Olympia was fine. The room was small, and I was lucky as I had booked a single room, but ended with a double bed. Overall the room and bathroom were clean and tidy. It was good value for a cheap hotel. I was not too impressed with the reception and was dreading the room, but it was genuinely fine. Not sure if two people could have moved in it though! I didn't stay for breakfast as I had a meeting in the morning. The staff were okay.
Good service and room was big. Nice place to stay for the night. Price was ok
I spent one night stay at this hotel and it was perfect for my needs. The bathroom was spotless, the sheets and towels were clean and the location was great as only a 2 minute walk from Earls Court tube station and the room had a working TV! There were very minor things to complain about but for the price it did not matter, such as no air conditioning, the breakfast was very basic and the room was small which is probably not ideal for a longer stay. This was perfect for one night and excellent value for such a great location.
My room was great but tiny and very hot. Hotel has a great location and very good price
The room I was first given smelt strongly of cigarrete smoke but the friendly man on reception gave me another room straight away. My new room was clean and warm. I could only find 2 channels on the TV and then they stopped working too. I didnt bother complaining as I had a good book with me! On the whole a comfortable and affordable night's stay
I stayed one night at this hotel. I found the reception staff very friendly ,the room was very warm and clean, the bathroom was clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast consisted of bowl of cereal, toast, orange, juice, tea or coffee. I felt this was adequate but if I had a niggle I didn't like sharing a breakfast table with other guests
Customer service was good, check in was quick. The room was clean, spacious and well maintained. Overall it was a good experience
I was horrified by the broken bed firstly and the curtains hanging on by a couple of hooks there were stains on the quilt and the net. The bin lid was broken and fell off along with the headboard that wasn't attached. It was a good thing we could laugh about it. The window itself wobbled a great deal and we were worried about touching it. You can hear the next rooms TV easily through the wall. Had the worst night ever as the room felt dirty and couldn't wait to get out of there without breakfast. I appreciate you get what you pay for, but no we won't be using it again
The position of the hotel is good. But the accommodation of the hotel is very old and simple
Shabby is the word
