Nox Hotels West Hampstead Reviews page 3
Based on 26 Hotel ReviewsThe room at the Hampstead Suites was lovely; bright, warm and very well laid-out. The kitchenette was very welcome late at night. The bathroom was great with a good hairdryer. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and the area was lovely. Thanks.
Good value, clean accommodation. Will book Hampstead Suites again
Hard to find, no branding on collection office door. Unprepossessing entrance to actual rooms. However, all very clean, and everything in working order. We wanted somewhere clean to stay with a hot shower in our own space. We got that plus free WiFi, a fridge, hairdrier, shower stuff. Not glamorous, but not shabby either. Other than a single cracked tile on the bathroom floor, everything in working order and well maintained. All in all, great value for what we paid and as all we wanted was a base to sleep and get clean, this more than served at half the price I would pay for a hotel for just me normally. Nice, friendly cafe next door for breakfast. For what we paid, and because they only took a deposit, I thought it might be a scam, but it was far from it. Hampstead Suites is highly recommended for anyone wanting a good night's rest and a base in London and not needing additional hotel services
Hampstead Suites is located in a great area, I had a lovely room, modern and very clean. There was easy access to central London and I would definitely stay there again.
We were very happy with the service and the room at Hampstead Suites. The office staff at reception were very helpful and the room had useful facilities; fridge, microwave, safe, hairdryer and iron/board, which we were not expecting. Thank you
Room was clean and a good size and standard. It was nicely prepared and very good value. The bathroom needed a little minor attention (missing basin plug and very posh shower not fully working), but would book Hampstead Suites again
It was not as big as it seemed within photos. The shower head was broken and there were a few tiles and paint jobs that could of been sorted
The Hampstead Suites were very nice and modern, however the rooms were a little small. It was close to Abbey Road and about a 10min walk to the tube. The breakfast was a little bland but I wasn't expecting much with continental breakfast. I liked the colour of our room very nice purple.
The room was clean and functional but lacked any finesse or finishing touches and was looking very tired. On the morning before we left there was water dripping through an electric light fitting in the bathroom, which I reported but this was obviously a recurring problem as there were water stains on the ceiling. The crockery and cutlery was very poor - no teaspoons, only one breakfast bowl - all looking very tired and no tea cloth. The bathroom towels were small and grey. All very sad. The glazing worked well and the check in was seamless
We were happy with our suite, we were close to local shops, bars and restaurants and the Underground Tube Station. Our suite was clean and had all we needed and was nice and quiet. Would recommend and would definetly go back
