Very comfortable. Delighted place was so clean. Loved the kitchen facilities at Hamspstead Suites too.

Hampstead is such a beautiful part of town, and although the exterior of the building isn’t particularly prepossessing, it is a real delight inside. It was like having our own, luxury apartment in one of the swankiest parts of town! Everything was furnished to a very high standard and it was all very modern. Everything worked and though our little kitchenette really was bijou and lacked enough cooking utensils, it was a joy to have all the same. The bathroom was lovely and it is so rare to be able to have a bath in a hotel (not that it felt like a hotel). I’m a pensioner and so baths are usually preferable to showers, and that was a lovely touch. My husband was impressed with the internet connection and the local restaurants and the heath itself are wonderful. We will certainly be booking again with TravelStay

We all enjoyed our stay at the Hampstead Suites, the rooms was bright and clean and the beds was comfortable. All the facilities were good. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We would stay again if we are in the area again

The location of Hampstead Suites is really good, in the main street of West Hampstead, close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Also the room was clean and with many facilities

I was very sceptical of staying in these apartments as I heard mixed reviews but all in all I was happy with my stay at Hampstead suites. Hampstead is a lovely area and the apartment is in a great location, we had restaurants all around us as well as fast food places. Sainsbury's down the road, a lovely little bakery opposite and a tube station very close. Yes the hotel needs some TLC, beading around the floor was cracked and you couldn't see the air con controller very well but these are very minor issues. It is a little noisy if your in a front room but it's on a busy road and we stayed on a Friday night so couldn't expect any less. Parking: This was a worry for me however there are side streets that are free from 6 pm until 8.30 am full with CCTV so it's safe and was a very short walk which was perfect for me. All in all I was happy with my stay and would book Hampstead Suites again on TravelStay

We found facilities very good however we were a bit disappointed with the dirty blinds especially the inside ones. Also the inside of the windows needed a clean

The room at the Hampstead Suites was lovely. Bright, warm and very well laid out. The kitchenette was very welcome late at night. The bathroom was great with a good hairdryer. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and the area was lovely. Thanks.
