No good and the shared toilet is dirty.

The room was cold, the heating not working properly. The sheets were clean but the walls dirty. The bathroom shower not working properly, either very hot or very cold. Television with no remote.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at Golden Star Hostel. As it was given 1 star review I thought it wold be a bit grouty. The room was warm beds were made made up. You had tv in the room and WiFi. Breakfast was tea and toast which was brought to your room. If you get the room at a good rate its a good deal

Small but cosy room, helpful staff, calm place to stay in. it gives everything it can for the cheap price you pay.

We were not happy with the room. The bed sheets smelt of damp and the bathroom door was off one of the hinges. We were offered a continental breakfast which was arranged at 8.30 am. Nothing arrived until 9am. We didn't have time for this as we had to leave. Very poor value for money.

I have been to several rooms throughout my travel across UK and I am aware that this is a budget hotel but there is a limitation after reaching there after a tiring day and being told there is no heating and hot water! The breakfast was ok but the cutlery and bowls could have been a lot more cleaner.

I believe that the only problem that this London hotel has to face with it is the appearance which, above all nowadays, plays an essential role. Investing in replacement furniture and stuff within the rooms, the company will attain an economic advantage. Do this and customers will become loyal and regular clients. In addiction I would like let you know that I could feel a bit of dust within my room. ( all the 3 times that I have been there) P.S. The owner is a gentile and polait person
