Furnival House Reviews page 4
Based on 76 Hotel ReviewsClean, pretty quiet (for the like), helpful staff, nice temperature, very nice area, Tesco and bus stops nearby, cheap laundry downstairs (£3 wash and dry), good kitchen facilities, showers etc
This accommodation is excellent value for money. The rooms and shared areas were basic, but clean. It is very accessible from Highgate Village. I felt safe in and around the accommodation. I would stay here again (one little gripe: lack of mugs in kitchen)
Overall quite good, the bedroom was rather small but that cannot be helped. The amount of crockery etc in the kitchen could be added to
I found Furnival House exceptionally good value for money. The building has high ceilings and is very spacious, with a massive common room that has leather sofas, a plasma screen TV, pool table and drinks machine. Each floor has multiple kitchens, separate showers and bathroooms (with baths). The rooms are on the small side, but well laid out, with a fitted sink and wardrobe as well as a desk and chair. At around £20 a night this is the best value accommodation I have stayed at in London. The staff are also very friendly and helpful
Basic but clean and tidy. Excellent value for summer. Good kitchen and public areas, and competent, polite staff. Area is great with easy bus access to Archway tube
Your basic dorm room. Pleasant building, clean kitchen, clean enough bathroom with bathtub. Convenient neighborhood with good restaurants and shops. I would go back
The college was clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful, the location was very quiet and reasonably close to the underground, and the rates were very reasonable. I would stay there again and would recommend it to friends
Rooms were clean and comfortable. A bit small, but good value for money - communal areas were clean as were the showers and bathroom - perfect for those on a budget - paid the rest of balance on arrival with no problems - will definitely stay again
Rooms good size, good security, clean, good room service. Beds extremely uncomfortable, new mattresses needed! Some graffiti on the noticeboard, ceiling and walls cracked. Parts were dirty. Better supply of crockery would have been good
I stayed in a single private room. It was a place to sleep for the night, no more, no less. Pros: quiet, helpful staff, free wireless. Cons: room was very small and basic, a bit smelly, not close to a subway or stores
