Good location next to the Piccadilly Line, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Clean overall, but reception needs a bit of work, as do the showers. However, price was good and would probably go back

I stayed two nights here with my two friends and really liked the place! Even though it was cheap, it was just what we insist B&B to be. It was clean, cozy place, if you don't require that everything has to be new and shiny. Somehow we found it very homey. The staff at Ealing Guest House were kind, friendly and sympathetic, thanks for them!! :) Yes, and one more plus for this place: it was truly easy to get there! I could absolutely book a room at Ealing Guest house again.

Pros: - As advertised the place is only 1 min from the South Ealing tube stop. Only 20 mins ride to Heathrow, 20-30 mins to central London. Place is warm - rooms are reasonable size. An OK breakfast included. Cons: - place is really dirty including sinks etc. Looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned in years. Bed was not exactly comfortable - only just bearable. Overall for the location and price, not bad. But if you can't tolerate un-cleanliness, stay away. By the way there is free wireless at the cafe near the church about 1 min walk further north up the main road.

Good Hospitality. The heat and TV were good. The bed linen should be clean and attractive. It is commendable if you provide breakfast on a checkout date.

The room's heating did not work (the rest of house seemed warm) and arriving late post 11pm was ok'd by them but meant phoning them for code entrance which not handy if without mobile phone - also breakfast not included as hoped - though he did take off some money for this.

After having tried a few B&B’s in London, I think I've found THE ONE!! Really cheap, comfortable, simple, just what you need to get a good night’s sleep.

The hotel served my purpose. I found the equipments of the room and the toilet working. However the overall condition of the house is not good, should be renovated.
