Ealing Guest House Reviews page 2
Based on 25 Hotel ReviewsThe B&B is very well located, between London city and Heathrow airport. Ideal for those who stop and go. The room was overheated and one night, due to rain, we had water from the ceiling on one bed. The conditions of the room are very scarce
We were greeted by a friendly member of staff, she made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. The bedroom was tidy and comfortable. However, the bathroom was in really bad shape.
The room was fine but as the breakfast is done by the customer in the room, my room was for me and my children, no spoons were provided and when I asked the young lady down the reception, she didn't have no idea and therefore I didn't have spoons at all. The heat was unbearable because of the heater that is on and then again you cannot turn it off from the room. I asked the receptionist and this time it was a man, but he said he has to turn off the whole heater, also, there was no toilet paper in the loo until the next day and no soap, not even a little soap. It would be a fantastic B and B if attention had been given to the place because it is close the the tube and all other things
Not very clean. Heating was so high we could't sleep with the covers and had to keep the window open. The plates they left for the breakfast wad not been cleaned and were still very greasy. Good price but not worth it if staying more than one night
This hotel is no good for people with disabilities. I am disabled and the facilities were none existent. There are a seriously set of steep steps up to the front door, and the stairs inside the hotel are very steep and narrow
Was okay for somewhere cheap & clean to get your head down for the night - room wasn't ready when had to check in but staff were friendly & helpful. Would use again
Staff very helpful and friendly. Room clean and adequate but nowhere to hang clothing. Heating was on full power but could not be controlled in the room. Bathroom facilities need up-grading. For the price paid, was what I expected and I would go again.
A nightmare. So dirty, didn't dare touching the floor(covered of cigarettes ashes, old tissue paper, mud). We had a boiler in the room, 30 degres with windows open, heat off... The light bulb was flashing whole nite
Okay for the price, neighbourhood is seedy but front desk is monitored. Room clean
Excellent value for money. I was attending a convention in Earls Court and didn't want to stay in the city. Only eight stops from Heathrow (20 minutes) and five from Earls Court (10 minutes) then three minutes walk to the event - perfect! The guest house is only five minutes strolling from the tube station too. I'd stay there again, of course. Staff were friendly. Seems like a new business starting for them and they will succeed eventually. Happy to give them the business and would recommend them to others. Good Luck to them.
