City View Hotel London was great. Great location right next to the underground. The room was clean and comfortable enough. The staff were helpful and the price wasn't bad either

Both my daughter and I were very happy with our stay at City View Hotel London. It was quite adequate for our needs as we were visiting family. All we needed was a comfortable and clean Bed with shower etc and it provided all our requirements. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Reasonable price, will stay again

City View Hotel London was a bit noisy because of the trains that are passing in front of the window every 15 minutes. But the rooms are clean. Underground station just in front of the building

Not a bad London hotel for the weekend. Room was decent but a bit dirty. There was mold and could use a good heavy cleaning on the walls. Rooms have a TV and mini fridge (ours didn't work though). Staff is pretty friendly and make it an enjoyable experience. Would recommend for a cheap night or two. Underground is across the street, very convenient

This was a basic but comfortable stay in a London hotel in a very convenient location. The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean and the staff friendly. I would book City View Hotel London again

My daughters and I were phoned by a staff member on front desk 2 hours before arrival to say there was a flood but they had offered us another of their hotels ten minutes away. The replacement was awful, the staff were rude and when we asked for another room/hotel, they threw us out. The bedding was dirty, the shower smelt and was almost on top of the toilet, no light bulb and the door handle fell off! 0/5 but not the option.

A nice clean hotel in London with friendly staff. Checking in was easy and the room was comfortable. It's right next to a tube station, which made my trip to London less stressful. I would definitely book City View Hotel London again

Price is low and services offered match the price, but if you want more, pay more. Cleanliness should be improved, the train is too close, but breakfast is enough and the staff is friendly. This London hotel is worth its value
