The process in searching and booking was very easy and quick. Chester Hotel Victoria service was satisfactory since the renovation work was going on. There was no caution sign board where the work was going. The room which I stayed didn't have good ventilation of fresh air since it was underground. The room was not how I imagined. It could be better if we had a source of drinking water, we were advised to fill drinking water from toilet. It was awkward

My room at Chester Hotel Victoria had a flat screen tv, mini fridge, and heater, so I was pleased with that. The room was quite small with no windows save one small one that was covered up with paint or something. The bathroom, to no fault of the hotel, was rather dirty, but that was probably due to all the different people using it. The location was good

Very clean and comfortable, the staff at the Chester Hotel Victoria were helpful. Situated in the right location for our visit convenient for tourists

Was raining etc, my room was ok no problems there and I would recommend you to anyone who wants a budget London hotel to stay so near to the city central. Great rooms, good quality beds and bedding. Nice shower, like the tv and tea making tray. Need more mirrors, only one in the shower. And wine glasses, only two for a room for 4. Need a bigger wardrobe or more hangers. Otherwise great location, great room and friendly staff. Would recommend Chester Hotel Victoria to friends

On the whole Chester Hotel Victoria was good given the price. The room was clean, as were the common shower and toilet. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The only problem, no toilet paper by the morning

The room that I stayed in is very cosy, modern and very clean. Staff are also very friendly, respectful and welcoming. This is so far the best cheap London hotel I've ever been to and it's definitely worth the price. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends!
