Friendly staff, quaint little room. So close to the best fish and chips I have ever had. Close to "walking distance " to Buckingham palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey. Was easy to find just minutes from Victoria station. For the price on TravelStay it was perfect for my short stay in London.

Very professionally, and well run hotel, exceptionally clean and very good value for the pricing and in a good overall location. As a seasoned traveller I will definately book Chester Hotel again.

Clean but room was literally six foot square!!! Complete joke!!! Tv didn't work, dangerous step down into room (shines gloss tile). Never Again

I recommend Chester Hotel Victoria for backpackers and budget travellers.The hotel is centrally located with plenty of eateries nearby and the tube station, a mere 5 minutes walk. The single room with attached bathroom was clean and comfortable. The staff were warm and helpful too.

Nice hotel but small, and heater was not working, however its warm. Woud book another stay at chester hotel again.

Chester hotel was quite nice. The room was small but enough (it had heating, the bed is comfortable and not small at all considering the size of the room itself, it also had a small refrigerator, a tv and towels, gel and shampoo are also there when you arrive). The hotel is closed to Victoria Station, which is a must. The bathroom was also nice (maybe it would be better a complete shower and not just a bathtub, which makes having a regular shower a little bit complicated). The staff were also kind. They let me leave my luggage in a room after my chek out and they were fast and efficient with the check in and check out, which is quite cool when you are arriving late at night. Overall, I think the hotel is really cool if you are looking for a centrally locatd place to spend one or two nights.

This was my first stay at the Chester Hotel but I do often use budget hotels in London. This ranks as the best I have visited so far for accommodation, price and location in Central London. Pity no breakfast.
