Hostel was great. Shower in the room. Clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. No problem with storing luggage.

The hostel is very clean, beds are comfortable and receptionists are very friendly. The only negative thing is that the bathroom and showers are used by both males and females

Central Hostel has a good location, 5 minute-walk from Hyde park. The receptionists are kind and helpful. The rooms are large. It is quite comfortable, I expected worse

Although the rooms in the hostel are fine, staffing issues really affected the quality of my stay. My booking, as well as at least one other lady's was lost, the hostel is not upfront about costs, such as the five pound key deposit, the fact that the deposit payed online is in addition to the nightly accommodation rate. I found the staff to be disinterested in their customers, and at times very unhelpful.

It was great, quite tidy , bed's were comfortable enough, didn't get breakfast though and you have to pay a £5 deposit for the key which you have to return the next day before 10 if you want your deposit back, but otherwise it was very convenient and near the tube station, a taxi to the West End only cost about £13 at 4 in the morning. I will definitely be using it again

The bed, duvet and toilets were ok. Good deal at a very cheap price

Good hostel, good location (nice area). Dorm was all right (not the best bed). Good value for money. Would recommend this hostel. Breakfast not included
