Central Hotel Reviews page 2
Based on 68 Hotel ReviewsCentral Hostel is a great place to stay! People are very nice and the beds are so comfortable
Central Hostel is very friendly and there is a great meeting space downstairs. No lift so have to lug baggage up the stairs. Was woken by an animated discussion in this meeting space at 2.30am. Not sure if people were drunk or just plainly inconsiderate. The management did nothing to stop this. Would not stay here again as I need to sleep from midnight to six and I think during these hours noise should be curtailed
Best cheap hostel and in a quiet area to be relaxed. Can't wait to come back again. recommended to book.
Central Hostel has a very nice atmosphere. The kitchen is a bit too small, the place to eat is not nice but the living room is cosy with interesting murals/graffiti. There is no breakfast on Mondays
I was really surprised how this hostel works with an almost family atmosphere, friendly staff, clean and tidy, and a lot of friendly people (mostly Italians). Just a few minutes from Hyde Park and tube and very cheap. I advice anyone to stay here if you need to stay in central london
Central Hostel is a nice, friendly, clean, and a central hostel in London! Me and my friend had a great time there and will be coming back for sure
Central Hostel is fine, clean, but there's no heat, if it's a rainy day its so cold in the night
Ideal location for shops and attractions. Good transport links, clean and tidy London hostel. Friendly staff, kitchen facilites ok, showers and toilets clean
Good value! Great location for Central London. The staff were friendly and accommodating at all hours (I managed to lock myself out of the room at 4am). The murals are something special and there is a nice atmosphere. There is a small kitchen for all to use which is handy on a budget although not if there are more than three people in there at once. Take a look at the House Rules poster when you go, it sums the place up nicely. Central Hostel is definitely worth the money
A suprisingly nice, cosy and clean hostel in the middle of the centre. The staff was very helpful and nice, the rooms were basic but clean. I've been to many London budget hostels and the beds were the least uncomfortable and squeaky of them all. The showers and toilets were also clean and there was always piping hot water available. On the negative side - there is no internet access and the kitchen is tiny but just a few minutes of walking and you'll find shops and restaurants and take-aways in no time. Also, Bayswater and Queensway underground stations are just a few minutes away from where it is only a few stops to Oxford Street. So if you're looking for a basic budget hostel to sleep in with a really low cost, with the best and fastest possible connections to the city and shops and restaurants around, look no further
