Ambassadors Hotel Reviews page 5
Based on 43 Hotel ReviewsWe only needed somewhere basic to rest our heads after a full day of exploring. For the price this was adequate. The full English seemed expensive but was very tasty and kept us going most of the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we rated them as being 10/10. The hotel was only a short walk from the tube, pub and two supermarkets. I'm sure that they had better rooms, but what do you need the room for? We felt that for the price and the location the Hotel was great. We would stay there again because it suited our requirements. Booking in and booking out was very easy and quick. No complaints.
We were very satisfied, good location, services, rooms are clean, nice staff.. ..just the plumbing fixtures in bathroom didn’t work correctly, but it doesn’t matter! We will recommend this hotel for sure!
Good location - fairly near tubes. Quite clean if a bit functional; checking in/out systems quite inflexible i.e. no quick check out possible even if paid in advance.
The hotel was definitely average. The service was very poor with a meal in the coffee shop taking over 20 mins to be served. The receptionist could not understand the booking form and tried to greatly overcharge me for my accommodation & that was only resolved with the assistance of a manager. Room was reasonably clean. TV was placed in a position in the room that made it impossible to watch.
I stayed for 1 night in a single room on the 4th floor. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean. The en-suite was particularly small but perfect for my needs. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again.
We have just returned from a 5 night stay in the hotel, excellent value accomadation for central London, would highly recomend
What we expected with a such a good price!! Very comfortable for one night. Super for overniight stays.
Very welcoming, easy accessible - approx 5 minutes walk from Gloucester Road tube station.
Affordable, unlike most London Hotels.
Would stay again
