Everything was great except the beds. Location, kitchen, and internet services are good. However, the beds are easily sunken. So I'm afraid I won't go there again only because of the beds

Great location. Very basic accommodation but perfect for my needs. Who wants to sit about in a hotel all day?

I've stayed at Wigram House before and really enjoyed it. It's clean, the staff are helpful and friendly and in a wonderful location. My only criticism is that it shouldn't have taken more than one day to fix the elevator. That's unacceptable. If I had been with my mother again this year, we would have had to change our accommodation

We totally enjoyed our stay at Wigram House. It was very clean and the location was fabulous. It is perfect for the more mature, but budget conscious, traveller

I stayed here twice in two weeks - the second occasion the room was nicer but the lift wasn't working (6 floors). It's great value as the location is brilliant but only single beds and no TV or ensuite wouldn't work for some. I was happy enough though - the bath/shower rooms were very clean and reception staff were brilliant

Very good value. Comfortable room. Quiet location, but central. Had to hunt around for an available shower in the morning though

Positives - excellent location and low cost. Staff helpful. Useful, complimentary toiletry bag. Negatives - lift broke down and caused heavy bags to be carried down five flights. Coffee pot cracked and leaking badly. Hot water in room took up to five minutes to flow and wasted water. Shower almost useless to anyone under six feet tall. All reported on departure

We loved the place because it is very quiet and very central at the same time. The house and rooms are clean, the people at reception are friendly, and it's a great bargain. We would recommend it to anyone. A great place to stay in London!

It was quiet and very close to town centre (to visit) and Victoria Station (to travel). Problem of water pressure twice in a week, but nothing really annoying!
