I stayed middle of April, it was a lovely, warm, welcoming hotel with polite, helpful staff. The room was spotless, I was given a room with two single beds which made it more like a double because I was travelling alone. Bathroom had a bath and shower, clean towels, plus soap and shampoo. Room also had a fridge, tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer, sockets for your devices. The continental breakfast included cereal and toast, pure orange juice or tea and coffee, yoghurt if you had kids was available. Wifi is available and is good value. The hotel is very easy to locate from Earl's Court Tube Station. I would book West Cromwell Hotel again because everything was superb and its a nice location in central London

The West Cromwell Hotel was very good, the people were frindly, the bedroom and bathroom were very good. Maybe it would be nice to have more things to eat at breakfast. The price was excellent, I would recommend it

A short walk to the tube. Our room was clean and tidy, bed comfortable. My son and I had a laugh about the lift, I don't think I've ever seen one so small, lucky we only had hand luggage. My only negative comment would be the surround rubbers on the shower glass could do with a good scrub, apart from that it was grand. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and even printed out a map that I needed with no bother. Breakfast was a bonus tea and toast to start the day. Grand place for 1 or 2, I had my son with me, wouldn't be for families, just my personal opinion

Fairly basic hotel but the room was a good size (upgraded to a twin even though I booked a single), clean and warm. Hot water in the shower when I wanted it which isn't always the case in cheap hotels that I have stayed in. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful giving good advice on local transport. Reasonably convenient location 5 minutes walk from Earls Court Tube Station. There was quite a bit of traffic noise through the night though as the room was at the front of the hotel

Good service and good location. The room was clean and decent for the price but the continental breakfast isn't that rich. On the bright side there are plenty of lovely restaurants around in the Earls Court tube area.

Good value, clean, nice cotton sheets, breakfast reasonable, helpful and pleasant staff

The hotel provides you with the basic necessities and nothing more. The sheets were stained and in the mornings the cleaning staff kept arguing with each other. It was not a pleasant thing to wake up to so early in the morning. There never was someone at the front desk I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up everytime

Staff friendly. Room fine although the windows in the double room didn’t close/fit properly and it was drafty and noisy. Would stay again as long as it was in a different room. There were no problems with the single room we also booked

Our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable, we stayed for 2 nights. The bathroom although being very clean was rather very warm in there and no ventilation. Also there were a few stains on the carpet in the room but apart from that it was fine

I would not book this hotel again. We actually stayed at this hotel only one night and then we checked in another hotel, as our room was not really clean. There were hairs on the sideboard and the bathroom was not clean as well. For the price it was not a good deal!
