The Warwick Hotel London Reviews page 6
Based on 171 Hotel ReviewsThis hotel was fine for a budget hotel. For the price we had our own room with ensuite. The only problem I had was no lift and quite a few stairs to negotiate
We stayed at the Warwick rooms in a private double ensuite. The room was incredibly small, but the bed was pretty comfortable and the room was sparse, but clean. The bathroom was also tiny, with a shower I could barely fit in (I'm 5'5'). The location is really close to the underground, but is not really in a great area to explore or find good food. We arrived early in the morning and the person behind the locked office door with the blaring television failed to acknowledge us or our phone calls into the office until we called Travelstay and they called the office and informed the person working that we simply wanted to drop our bags off before we checked in later in the day. However, for the budget traveler, it was overall a great deal for the price, a clean room with an attached bathroom, and a convenient location.
Room was very clean, as was the private bathroom and bedding. Only a couple of minutes from Paddington station and a 20 minute walk from Oxford Street. Staff were quite friendly. Shower cubicle small but worked nice and powerful. Room was very small but had everything we needed, including a fridge and TV which worked perfectly. Only things I wasn't keen on was the fact that as I'd requested a twin room, the room allocated had bunk beds and the top one has no safety rail at all, and also I wouldn't use the communal kitchen in the basement. Overall, this was good value for money in Central London and I would come here again.
15 minutes from Marble Arch. Very good price if you are on a low budget. Even though it was May, the heating was functional, useful in the evening when it can get chilly. The bath and the sheets were clean. The bed was OK but it had something like a big hole on a side, but still comfortable.
The hotel is in an excellent location. The room and bathroom were excellent but TV was not working properly and there was no volume. The mattress needs replacing. Didn't use kitchen so cannot comment. Staff were excellent. Credit card machine didn't work. Good value for money. Many thanks for a nice stay.
We advised the hotel that we will be arriving at the hotel at about 02.00 a.m however when we arrived there was no one to check us in so we spent the night looking around for an other room in another hotel. We were told that if you arrive before 9a.m or after 22.00p.m there is no one to check you in.
This is one of the nicer budget hotels I have stayed in around London. I would stay here again.
Great hotel for its price and in a very prime location! Great service, good size room and very clean bathroom.
Great value for money. Great location (3 minutes to subway). I do recommend it for those who want to only sleep in the hotel :) It's very cheap for London!
Good central location and great for public transport, windows open to view a beautiful park, clean rooms.
