Tonys House Hotel Reviews page 2
Based on 11 Hotel ReviewsAll fine. Tiny room but was fine for the price of it and location was great.
Excellent location - big room, tiny en-suite, sweet little breakfast brought up to your room! Generally clean could do with some updating. Great value for money, best London budget accommodation we've stayed in
We loved our stay at Tony's! The location is great, close to bus stations and the Paddington train station. Lots of cute pubs and shops around the area. It is such a quick bus ride into the heart of Central London (Oxford area). The room and bathroom were kept clean, and we were given breakfast in our rooms every morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. I've already recommended Tony's House Hotel to another group of students heading there in a couple of weeks and I'd recommend it to anyone else. In terms of what you pay to stay there, I give it a 5/5. Enjoy!
Room was standard: two beds with fresh linen and a sink with mirror overhead. The toilet, while several floors below our room, was clean. The showers were horrible. There was a half inch of standing water outside of the shower where there was not a drain and it remained this way for all four days of our stay (I'm assuming the single shared shower wasn't cleaned the whole time). For a short stay, the location next to Paddington Station might be convenient, but several nights using a disgusting shared shower was not a good idea
Breakfast was adequate. Service was decent. The bed in the room was hard as concrete. The general impression of the room was poor.
I stayed at Tonys House Hotel when the London marathon was on... I thought the room was very basic, but clean.. The location was spot on, a stones throw from Paddington Station. Lots of places to eat and drink on your doorstep. Great value for money.!! Recommended!
