The service was good, staff were friendly at the check-in. I would definately book Park Hotel Ilford for when I come back a next time.

It was certainly very good for the money and the staff couldn't have been better. The breakfast was also very good, although I don't know what the bacon and sausages were made from, certainly not pork as they seem to have lots of Muslim guests. I'm not a breakfast eater, so it really didn't bother me, and I would certainly book it again when we want a London stay over. Thanks very much.

Great parking and a relatively quiet area. Unfortunately the couple and their children next door were noisy. Doors really need soundproofing. Otherwise ok stay at Park Hotel. Close to most amenities

Stayed here again, after 5 years. I used to be a regular customer. But after one horrible stay, did not go back for 5 years. But, what a transformation this time! Had a very pleasant stay. Service was excellent. Nice and tidy room. Stayed 2 nights, very pleasant experience. Will definitely book The Park Hotel Ilford again

Was a bit far from Central London but was clean and tidy and customer service was good at The Park Hotel Ilford

My partner and me stayed at this London hotel in the beginning of October 2015. It was about 15 min walk from the tube station with lots of shops to pass. We arrived at the reception the man welcomed us and was really friendly and made us laugh. He then took us to our room. It was 3 doors down from the actual hotel it looked like a normal house. The room looked like it was brand new and it sounded like they were doing building work on the room above us. The room was clean and got cleaned every morning. We had breakfast included but wasn't really fussed as it was a small room with limited seating. Items included every type of egg possible, turkey rashers (instead of bacon?) some sausages, bread to toast yourself, beans , hash browns, jam and yogurts. Also coffee, tea and apple/orange juice to drink. (It wasn't the best breakfast but it was free as included in the price) could be improved by having cheese, croissants, real bacon, veg sausages, plum tomatoes, bagels etc. Over all the price was reasonable, the room was clean, but didn't seem like a hotel room more like a hostel as don't actually feel like in a hotel due to no sign outside and was like 2 houses away from it etc

I was dumbfounded that this hotel only has a two-star rating. It is superb. I felt like I was staying in a much more expensive and upmarket hotel, even if the frontage does let the side down somewhat. Once indoors, however, the décor is pleasant and the staff were charming. Parking and internet for free was very welcome, and my husband was able to use our ipad to discover lots to do in the locale whilst in the comfort of our room. The room was clean, tasteful and had everything we required for a comfortable stay. The restaurant was lovely and so are all of the communal areas. Overall I would thoroughly recommend staying here, and the journey into central London is easy. I will certainly book again
