Well located, clean rooms and friendly staff - an A1 hotel in every department

I really enjoyed my stay in The Central Hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. I will definitely book again whenever I visit London

The Central was very nice. It was a bit further from the centre than I was expecting but all in all I enjoyed and would definitely stay there again

The hotel is good for the value of money. The rooms are clean and shower is good, however they need to spend some money to clean and update breakfast hall and common places. We have been staying in this hotel for 4 years now. Our room was good previous years, but this year was small and heating was not working.

There was good service and clean toilets and bathrooms. The apartment was ok, but some broken furniture and a bit dirty. But it was ok for the price range at the Central.

It's not terrible, but it's not great either. The day staff are wonderful but the evening staff are a bit distant and you can't always get in touch with the manager when you need him. The Central is good for a very short stay on a tight budget.

A warm welcome. Room was clean. Bedding spotless and bed really comfortable. Fridge in room a little noisy. Freshly cooked breakfast. Would book The Central again

The Central hotel was an adequate experience. The rooms were fine and quite clean, and lady who greeted us was friendly enough. Full English breakfast was included in the price, but it was possibly the worst breakfast I have ever had. We stayed for two nights, but only had breakfast on the one day because it was so bad. So, I would recommend the Central hotel if you know exactly what to expect when you get there. Cheap enough, quite clean but awful food
