This hotel has very good location, is clean, comfortable, modern, the staff are really kind, polite and I'm really happy with this. I will come back here

A small but well equipped room with good facilities. Clean and well managed. Well organised breakfast room with a small but good choice of breakfast items. Very pleasant staff. Two minor critical points: 1. In the WC / shower room the space between the wash bowl and the mixer hot & cold water tap is inadequate for ease of face and hair washing. 2. The space between the two sliding doors into the shower cubicle could be restrictive for a fat person (not me!). An additional handle outside the cubicle would be a helpful safety measure for gaining entry and exit. Also, perhaps your publicity should indicate that price of a room does not include breakfast. If, however, that is standard practice for London hotels then please ignore that comment.
