I thought my room at Royal Guest House 2 was small but it was clean which is more important to me. I got clean towels and there was plenty of loo roll provided. The breakfast was ok and the staff were really friendly. I would stay here again as I felt safe and it was clean and convenient for me

Room quite small. Friendly staff, great bathroom and hotel nicely decorated. Good beds. Food was good. It's clean and hygenigic. Would stay again and recommend Royal Guest House 2 to people for a short stay

Cons: the room was a little noisy; the desk in the room should be replaced; using the wifi was problematic (bad configuration); and the mattress was rough. Pros: Clean, well-kept; excellent breakfast, nice staff; bathroom clean, shower works on the top floor as well; within 10 minutes walk from the tube; got fresh towels and linen every day. Extra bonus: fridge in the room

Good location, half way between Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith tube stations, not too far to walk to either. Good selection of restaurants and cafes in the area. Room was clean and tidy with the added benefit of a fridge in the room, which on a very hot day was a godsend to chill drinks. Overall, Royal Guest House 2 is a nice place in a good location and for the money I would definitely stay there again, although I would ask for a room nearer the ground floor and only pay for a continental breakfast. Still good value for money

The family room was very comfortable and the facilities provided were very good at a very cheap price. We enjoyed our breakfast and stay at the Royal Guest House 2. Location was convenient for us as it was located to a near by tube station and a lot of halal food restaurants. A friendly and helpful receptionist indeed

Room was not ready for me when I arrived at the hotel (arrived after 1pm). Hotel was near tube station, which was useful. Room was o.k. but no milk for my tea, so I had to go to the owners 2nd hotel to get milk

This B and B was excellent value! The rooms were clean and the water was hot. The breakfast room was very nice and breakfast was always prompt and delicious. The location was perfect, very close to Hammersmith tube and easy to get to. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again
