Good, very clean and good value

Good location, 20 mins walk to Barbican. Roseberry Hall is a student accommodation available during the holiday periods. These are great for the budget traveller in my opinion. The rooms are a bit more spacious than the London BnBs and hostels that I use the rest of the year. And there are shared kitchen facilities. Shared bathrooms look tidy and are kept clean. Have not yet had any trouble with noise from other guests or students. Great breakfast included. All the continental and cooked options you'd expect from any hotel. The only catch is you must select only 6 items, although this is plenty. Unlimited juice, tea and coffee, toast and jam. One of my favourite places to stay.

The room is quite small but can provide with all you need for a short stay. The breakfast is good, offering a wide range of choices.

As a B&B, Roseberry Hall can offer all you need. I booked a basic twin room during my stay in London. The room is really small, I guess the hall turns single rooms during terms into twin ones during holidays. Since the bathrooms are shared, on some floors they are not that clean. Most staff are quite helpful and the shared kitchen is also a good place to have a chat with your neighbours.

Generally, the room is good, although the space is not big. The location of the flat is good.

Rosebery was a good choice for my trip. The buses 38 and 19 take you very fast to the city centre. The room was also OK for the rate charged, even though it was a bit small for two people. All in all, I would give it a 4/5. Thanks for having us

Clean bedroom given the price paid. Shower room is clean and tidy

Excellent is all I can say. I booked this for me, my wife and in-laws not realising it was a university residence. Upon realising I was really sceptical about our stay, how wrong was I. Everything was so clean and organised, the breakfast was great! We would all definitely book Rosebery Hall again.

My wife and I stayed at Rosebery Hall for five nights. We are satisfied with everying thing there. Though the room in some way is rather small, it is clean, tidy and bright. Rosebery Hall is good for those who just want to have a short and simple stay in London for sightseeing but not for focusing on luxiurious accommodation there. Its public kitchens, shower-rooms and toilets are clean and enough, too. Their breakfast is all right. Furthermore their stall are polite and very helpful. Considering the price per night and the location is in the City of London, we that what we got there is worth our money and we also know that we had made a good choice before we left home for London the UK this time. Thank the staff of Rosebery Hall for all their services while we were staying there
