Very good front of desk staff, They explained that the heating had failed & offered us alternative accommodation nearby. We had, had a very long day and just wanted a place to stay so we carried on with our initial booking. Room was clean and it wasn't that cold in all honesty. Breakfast was 1st class. Will definitely book Rest Up London again

Great room at Rest Up London, clean and comfortable, good shower no lack of hot water, more than I expected for the money, Will use again if I have the need.

Clean, friendly and with a pleasant atmosphere. Mainly visiting students but saw some families and business types in there as well. Everyone chatty and polite that I encountered. Considering you're in a room with nineteen others it could be far far worse. No storage options unless you want to pay extra, not even hooks to hang stuff on in the bathrooms so you have to cart your valuables around with you, but it has everything else including a cafe/restaurant, and for the money you can't really fault it. You certainly won't find any cheaper in London than Rest Up London

Quite nice common areas at Rest Up London. Very basic rooms which is ok. Bathrooms were alright but always had a bad smell to them. Free wifi when it works (worked maybe 20% time I was there). Friendly staff. Had to pay to store your bags, no self catering kitchen

One of the best hostels in London, rooms are clean, toilets and showers new and clean, staff nice and helpful; very good location for tourism, hostel close to London attractions like London Eye, Tower etc

Rest Up London is a very well run hostel, it's safe and secure with friendly staff. Location is close to the major tourist attractions by bus. There is a TV lounge, laundry room and an onsite cafe with a selection of fresh homemade style food. The price per night makes this a top place to stay

I really enjoyed my stay in Rest Up London, everything is very tidy and clean. The food was very nice. The staff very kinde and helpful, always ready to give us any information, and always with a smile on their faces. I'll recomend to my friends, and the next time I need a place to stay, I've no doubts. I'll book Rest Up London. 10 stars. I wish you all a happy Christmas, and a wonderful 2017. Well done!
