Piccadilly Backpackers Hostel Reviews page 2
Based on 15 Hotel ReviewsLocation is super except that there is a massive building site across the Lane and they start working really very early (about 4am). Staff seemed nice and helpful but were really not informed. It usually took 3 people to resolve a query like why did the WI-FI not work in my room. I booked a single room, was under the impression that there would be a basin and WI-FI access, for a stiff GBP 80! The room had 1 bed and 1 chair! Nothing else, not even a cupboard or bedside table. The heater was leaking. The showers(only 2) were mixed and really not inviting. Next time I definitely will be looking for another place
I booked this hostel last minute for my stay in London and really enjoyed it! I thought it was a bit pricey for what it was but I met many new friends and the staff were fantastic
I really enjoyed my stay at Piccadilly Backpackers! I had a great time and met many people from all over the world. The rooms were a bit small but the hostel is clean and has a friendly safe environment
I had an ok sleep, but was a bit nuisance when I got woken up at 3:20am by others who were staying in the same room/dorm. When I stayed there a few months ago, the breakfast was in the price, but you now have to pay an additional cost to have breakfast, so I was not impressed by that. But I must say, its basic and ok for a cheap(ish) night stay at London and is very close to Oxford Street and the London Palladium, which I found was ideal
I have good view from the window and quite good everything. One very good thing about the Piccadilly Backpackers Hotel because it is in the middle of London and lots of trains and buses go past
The Piccadilly Backpackers Hotel was a little dirty and the whole place does seem quite messy but the staff working there went out of their way to help us and all in all we had a good stay there
The easiest accommodation you will find in London - From my 6th floor window I could see the entrance to the Piccadilly tube station that took me straight to T4 @ Heathrow - couldn't be easier. Great location, friendly staff and if you need anything, the lovely receptionist at the desk will be more than happy to help you out. Cheers!
Well, I think that the price per night is very affordable however the blanket was a little dirty. Of course the other is very clean! All staff were very cool and kind.
Very dirty place (sheets had blood-stains for example), reception very unfriendly. Really too expensive for this piece of trash - better book another hotel/hostel.
I spent two weeks in the hostel and had a very good stay.
