Apartment was excellent. Great location. Suggestions would be to provide some cleaning supplies, especially for the dish washer and perhaps some local information, eg. restaurants, supermarkets etc

Our apartment at Passfield Hall was well furnished and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Upon arrival our shower hose was damaged, but the person at the front desk was quick to have this replaced the following day

Good size flat with good amenities. Secure. Good location. Clean. The problem is traffic noise during the night, as the bedrooms face onto the street.

The flat was great. The only downfall would that it would be useful to have washing up liquid, a tea towel and oven gloves for use in the kitchen.

The shower did not work. No kitchen bin, no washing up liquid. Pillows were awful. Flat had a run down appearance. The staff were very nice though.
