The Osbourne Hotel was perfect for what we needed. Brilliant price and ideal location. Our weekend trip was for an event at Wembley Stadium and the Osbourne Hotel has such good location literally 2 minute walk to the tube station then 30mins ride to Wembley. It had free parking also in case I did want to drive, free wifi and then included in the price we paid we had breakfast which was a brilliant full English! We would definatly stay here again for any event we go to in London!

Good London accomodation, we are well received, rooms are all clean and quiet! Located 2 minutes from Acton Town Station. Good breakfast in Jungles cafe, many choices

First of all thanks to Osborne Hotel staff, cleaning and tidy, nice rooms and free parking. Wifi good value and I prefer this hotel in London. I will book this London hotel again

I would say that the service was good and the hotel was clean. The room was very nice, tidy, clean. The toilet was clean, so over all the hotel was lovey and I really enjoyed being at Osborne Hotel

I generally found this London hotel excellent as far as accommodation and cleanliness were concerned. It is well situated and it's easy to get into central London by tube. The voucher system for meals was not made very clear to me and I was unable to buy vouchers. But, all in all, I was very satisfied with everything at Osborne Hotel and found the staff extremely friendly and helpful

The Hotel matched the area it was in, both very run-down. The room was inadequately cleaned and the facilities basic. But on the plus side, there was off road parking, the beds were clean and dry if a bit hard and there was a working TV and tea making facilities. The breakfast was 2 minutes down the road and was good value for money.

I found the Osborne hotel very relaxing for a good rest, and warm in treating guests. I plan to book this hotel again in the future and recommend other friends to visit it and prove me right

Osborne Hotel was just ok. The room was ok for a two star, the having to take breakfast a distance from the hotel is a bad idea. The TV channels wasn't working and WiFi signal was weak too. The posturing of the attendant was unprofessional as well. The location of the place to Acton Town Station is perfect

Room was fundamental but clean, and provided coffee making facilities, fridge and microwave. Heating was on for an acceptable length of time without having to ask for it. Staff were friendly and provided extra pillows and blankets without any hassles. Off street parking was an added bonus. The downside was the entrance at night; no lighting on and I had to call to identify the Entrance door from the 3 doors at the back of the building. Signage on the fence would help, as would an automatic light that comes on when it is dark
