Cheap, clean and comfortable London accomodation in the heart of the city. A bargain at the price and would definitely stay at Northumberland House again

Excellent. Secure, clean, warm, and for an extremely reasonable price. Recommended.

I was happy with my room at Northumberland House. I was not expecting luxury because it is a budget accommodation. The only thing that bothered me was that the WiFi stopped working for two days. With the price you pay, you shouldn't complain about the small rooms and bathrooms. It's very clean, the pillows and comforters were very comfortable, and the staff was very willing to help me figure things out around London. I would stay here again, and I would recommend it to someone looking for a quality place to stay on a tight budget.

Northumberland House is a wonderful location for sightseeing in London. We had quiet rooms at the back. Cleaning: rooms were cleaned ONCE during the 4 night stay instead of confirmation of daily cleaning how we notified reception.

I found Northumberland House to be an excellent option for our stay. The location was ideal and made most sights walking distance (albeit a long walk in some cases). Dining, transportation, and entertainment options were all easily accessible. The desk staff was also quite helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. I will utilize this option in the future
