Mclays Guest House Reviews page 2
Based on 144 Hotel ReviewsGood room at Mclays Guest House. Helpful staff, great breakfast
Mclays Guest House was comfortable with friendly staff and a good breakfast
It was fine, but there is no lounge area and the taxi cab ride from the bus station had us thinking it was further from central Glasgow than it is if you walk. Might be good to mention that
The staff is super friendly and everyone is so kind! I had a fantastic stay. The room was excellent: silent, comfy and very beautiful. Also the food was simply wonderful. Mclays Guest House is a place where you can truly feel like you're at home
Good London b and b
Welcome was really nice and the room really comfy with everything we needed. Very comfortable bed. Polite lovely staff amd a very enjoyable breakfast. We often visit Scotland and will stay book Mclays Guest House again and recommend to other friends. Thank you
We stayed in this pleasant guest house for 2 nights and we chose it as it was close to the city centre and was reasonably priced. We found the staff helpful and friendly. The service was good for breakfast and meals warm. The bedroom was clean though a bit dark due to its rear position. We picked up a carry out for an evening meal as there are plenty located less than 2 minutes away in Sachiehall St. Overall, Mclays Guest House is a good spot to stay in Glasgow
Very poor, unfriendly receptionist, uncomfortable basement room and inedible breakfast. I will not return.
Seems bit expensive when compared to the budget for a double room. Although tried breakfast in so many other London hotels, here the breakfast was ok not to that standard breakfast. Cleanliness was good and had a speedy wifi
The accommodation was tired and over priced Needs a total redecoration.
