Lord Jim Hotel London Kensington Reviews page 5
Based on 114 Hotel ReviewsNice hotel. Breakfast was okay, overall a bit basic but it wasn't expensive
The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful
Room a little small but I would stay again. I have been looking for a base in London that I can book and not worry about it and now I have found it, thanks
This hotel is overpriced. It was a closet, the door to the bathroom couldn't open more then 45 degrees. Staff was very unfriendly at check in and the room was not very clean
Nice personnel, quite clean, a bit old, acceptable breakfast
It's my 4th time staying here and it's still a lovely experience. Hotel is very close to tube station, pubs, fast food outlets, restaurants, and a small Marks and Spencer's Food store which is all very convenient. Hotel staff are so friendly and accommodating right from the manager to the front desk staff to the housekeepers. If something is wrong, it's fixed immediately. Rooms are tiny, but immaculately clean. Bathrooms are also tiny and immaculately clean. I've never taken advantage of the breakfast so cannot comment on it, but I think that the fact I keep coming back to the same hotel speaks for itself
No problem
Thinking about the rate, everything was OK. But I thought the room should have been a little larger because there was no space to open the baggage other than on the bed
Excellent location near Earl's Court Underground. Room was really small but functional. Staff was nice. Breakfast was ordinary continental breakfast with tea/coffee, bread, cereals and so on. Breakfast was served freely. Noises from other rooms were heard clearly to the room, so with noisy neighbours there could be difficulties. On one word functional
