Very mixed bag. Hotel infrastructure is a joke; staff are helpful and friendly but the breakfast is so-so, parking in the neighbourhood was free and relatively straightforward.

We stayed here for 1 night when we came to London to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday. We needed somewhere to stay local to Acton and picked out LGH after reading reviews online. It was very conveniently located and very well presented. Upon arrival we received a cheerful polite welcome and were shown our room on the ground floor. It was small but very clean, with towels and toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom included a shower which was adequate. The TV remote control was a bit tempremental. The room was very quiet at the back of the building, even though Horn Lane is a very busy room. The breakast in the morning was plentiul and served in a sunny basement dining room. The only small negatve was that the safe didn't open when we came to leave, but the chap at reception soon unlocked it for us. There's also a car park at the rear of the building which is useful if you were stayimg mid week when the street parking is charged. Would recommend London guest House Acton if you are looking for an economical but clean place to stay, close to public transport links

A, well priced, clean, warm and friendly guest house. Supplied us with a very good breakfast and although we stayed only one night we used the guest house carpark one day, followed by the neighbouring side street the following day, whilst travelling into central London from North Acton Underground. The underground is well placed to get into London quickly and is a 15 mins walk away or a short bus ride from outside the guest house. The owners emailed us maps before our visit which were very useful. We will return when visiting London.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at the London Guest House Acton. Our room was nice and cosy and very clean. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. A great place to stay close to transport buses and trains straight into the city centre. We very much enjoyed the lovely breakfast provided each day as well as the nice bright clean and tidy Breakfast room. Next time we come to London we will choose the London Guest House again

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at London Guest House. The rooms facilities were excellent. Staff and management were very friendly and helpful. We would surely stay here again

Stayed for 2 nights visiting family, could not find any fault. My single room was very clean and serviced each day, continental breakfast was good with plenty of choice and fresh fruit and filled me up ready for sightseeing. All the staff were very polite and friendly. I will stay again on next visit

One of the warmest welcomes ever received at this London guest house. Very friendly. My single room at the back was small, but exceptionally clean and quiet and at the price I was very happy. The bed was comfortable and the sheets crisp and white. For a budget guest house, I would recommend it highly, especially as it is staffed 24 hours a day. The breakfast was more than adequate for the price

Appearance of London Guest House Acton was beautiful. Very clean and tidy. Staff was very helpful. Room was lovely again very clean. Only issue was noise. We were in on of the bottom rooms and the room above returned at 2am and it sounded like they were stamping above us. They then woke at 630 and the creaky floor boards started again
