Location is great, just a short walk from Queensway underground station, and there are lots of good places to eat nearby. The room space is ok but I didn't feel comfortable with kitchen counter besides the bed and they forgot to provide hair dryer. Check in time is very limited from 9 to 10 AM only. The worst thing for us was that our room was on 4th floor with no elevator and this place seems to have very high ceiling on each floor, so we had to carry our heavy luggage up there, OMG.

Very nice apartment, quiet but central location. Convenient for good restaurant, nice shops, underground and Hyde Park. We have already stayed here twice and would surely come back!

The room had a window blind that did not work, a lot of light came through in the morning so it was impossible to sleep after 6.00 h. Also the bed slat was old and in bad condition so every time we turned in bed there was a huge noise. We had cockroaches on the floor at night. We were charged a fee of 20 for late check in (after 22.00h) and more 20 due to credit card payment, the first fee was not mentioned in the receipt and the second one had never been mentioned.
