The very professional reception was great. The room was pleasant enough (a little small) for one night and we enjoyed our night

Clean, warm and cosy. Staff at Lexham Gardens were very friendly too 

Lexham Gardens Hotel gave me a very friendly welcome. The room was basic and small but clean. The road outside was quite noisy if you're not used to it. Breakfast was adequate and the location very good - less than 5 minutes to the tube

The room was well situated and surprisingly comfortable on 4th floor. The service was courteous BUT and it's a big one, I was unable to shower because the water was too hot. I was also unable to wash properly because the hand basin would not empty. I must be one of the few people in the world who like leathery toast so thanks for the breakfast

Nice pleasant hotel, receptionist is friendly and helpful. Room size was good, bathroom slightly small. Area was good, with supermarket around corner and various restaurants and bars. Only bad thing was the bed squeaked

The facility was very old. I feel it is a bit over paid. All the rest was fine

The room was very clean and tidy. However, the room was stifling hot and the windows wouldn't open. And the view was a scruffy, dirty yard when you looked out. The room was very small and the bathroom even more so. There were no handrails for towels or shelves in the shower

Overall very good. Comfortable room, although on the small side, Fantastic location, minutes from Royal Albert Hall. Breakfast basic but alright. Will definitely book Lexham Gardens Hotel again if visiting London

Made very welcome by reception staff. Accommodation clean and fresh. Room a bit small but great place to use as a base for visiting the Royal Albert Hall, loads of museums, Hyde Park and Knightsbridge shops. Simple but good breakfast with range of things on offer. Would book Lexham Gardens Hotel again
