Leisure Inn London Reviews page 3
Based on 25 Hotel ReviewsI was pleased with the general nature of the accommodation, but was displeased with the attitude of staff on site, and especially rudeness from some senior managers.
The room is lovely, service was very good and very clean. Only problem I had was, since I am a big bloke, I found the bathrooms very small and the shower lacked a curtain making bathing very messy and inconvenient. It might have just been my room though. I recommend this hotel to anyone.
Disappointed. Hotel in need of refurbishment. The way to our room was very dingy.
Hi there, my stay at Leisure Inn was a real pleasure. The single room was quite small, but comfortable enough to enjoy my stay. The breakfast was ok and the staff very welcoming. The only regret was the bathrooms, to get some hot water you have to wait for a while, but nothing very dramatic!
Excellent value for money. Good room and friendly staff.
I was very apprehensive about booking a low price hotel, but Leisure Inn London was brilliant. After the hustle and bustle of London it is a welcoming and homely environment to return to. Superb value, can’t recommend it enough. Will definitely come back when next in London!
It was very clean and the food and staff were very nice, all together very reasonable, especially for being in London!
I stayed at the Leisure in with two of my friends over the Christmas holiday as part of a Europe backpacking trip. We decided to stay at the hotel because it seemed nicer then a hostel for Christmas and the reviews were decent. Unfortunately, we did not find our stay to be very pleasant due to the very poor customer service. Upon arrival the night desk worker was very unhelpful and did not give additional information about the hotel. We had to inquire about the free continental breakfast times. Furthermore, we were only given one key for the three of us and the staff seemed very hassled when we asked for another. Probably the most upsetting aspect of our stay was when we asked for an extra blanket as the room had been very cold during the evening and we were told that the cleaning lady had taken the key home for the evening and no one had any way to get into the blanket closet. After much persistence, however, the desk staff looked in a drawer and found the key. We found it very upsetting that they were so unhelpful and unwilling to try to make our stay even remotely pleasant. A final criticism of the inn is that internet costs 2 euro per half an hour. As i write this review I am staying at a hostel where the service has been much more satisfactory and the internet is free.
Very adequate room and facilities plus substantial breakfast. Would recommend to anyone.
The room is too small. I witness the counter staff quarrel with other 4 different group of people who book in which reflected the poor service and quality. Most of the quarrel is the fault of the hotel. Last but not least, my room is as large as a bathroom size which is outrageous.
