Kings Cross Hotel London Reviews
Based on 39 Hotel ReviewsMe and 2 friends stayed at Kings Cross Hotel London for the weekend as we was in London celebrating my birthday, the hotel staff are very friendly. We had been in our room for 10 minuets and a memeber of staff was stood there with some flowers for my birthday. The rooms are basic but that didn't bother us as we was out most of the time. I will be booking again next time I visit London
Good location, clean and Desk Clerk very friendly and helpful. I recommend it.
It is not the best hotel I have stayed in but it was fine. The room was quite small and I didn’t have much space. My bed was very old I think so it was dipped in the middle so I could not sleep properly, and this is I think quite important for a hotel to get right. But it was clean and the staff is nice and warm. Breakfast was simple but nice and at least I did not pay for it! I will stay again because the location is very convenient
My stay at Kings Cross Hotel London was very enjoyable. The staff were very nice, helpful and polite. I would give 5 out of 5 for their Customer Service. The room was basic and small but clean and we were lucky to have a back door key to go into a yard. As my partner and I smoke, this was very handy. The breakfast could have been better but overall like I have stated a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely stay again
Kings Cross Hotel London was clean and adequate for our one night stay close to the station. Staff were very helpful
