Clean lovely room, the staff were fiendly and helpful. The Kensington Town House is a great place to stay on budget.

Not a good start. Booking not registered so had plenty of time waiting in reception listening to numerous complaints and requests for a change of room - too cramped or too noisy being the main complaints. So was grateful to get the room I had booked and paid a deposit for. It was fine for space as I was alone in a double room, can't imagine if there had been two of us though. It was at the back so benefitted from a lovely view and sound of the tube, although it was only annoying when it stated again at 5.30am. On good side, good standard of decor, friendly staff working in trying circumstances and well placed for the tube station with plenty of choice for breakfast in Earls Court area.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. It was right in the centre of everything. As for everything else, I found that the front desk staff were very rude and the hotel was way to small. There was no fridge. I was very disappointed for the price I had to pay!
