At the Keele Management Centre, the room was very nice, though the lighting was rather harsh. It was very friendly and staff were helpful.

We enjoyed our recent stay at Keele Management Centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was extremely convenient and it was particularly helpful being able to park our car on campus while visiting our daughter for her birthday weekend. It is excellent that such facilities are available on such an attractive campus. Our only quibble was over the price, which seemed somewhat excessive (nearly twice what we might have expected to pay for comparable bed and breakfast facilities off campus). While we were prepared to pay over the odds to be close to our daughter I am not sure if other parents thinking of staying would consider that it represented particularly good value for money

Nice welcome, everywhere clean and tidy. The TV a bit small for tired eyes, bed a bit uncomfy and pillows too squidgy. Love that the windows open.

Accommodation fine, although the absence of wi-fi in the room was a real setback; having to pad downstairs to the public area to make Skype calls and pick up emails(and disturbing other residents) was primitive to say the least. Rather isolated if you want a choice of places to eat
