Hyde Park View Hostel Reviews page 2
Based on 17 Hotel ReviewsIt was a great experience spending the night in Hyde Park View Hostel! Although the room was quite small, the curtains on the beds made it quite a private place. The beds were comfortable, clean, as well as the bathroom which had everything one may need. Quick wifi, a sufficient locker. The staff was very nice, considerate and easy to talk to. They provided us a discount upon arrival since the room we booked was not free and we ended up in another room, which was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was also good and we appreciate that we could drink the Stella beer only for like 2 something pounds which was available at the bar
The rooms were very hot (t was a hot day) with not much ventilation. The 24 hour bar does not sell alcohol after 12. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location.
Good service, no trouble, well cleaned room, good breakfast service. A minor suggested improvement could be a small table in the corner of the room
Basic London accommodation, clean bathroom, small rooms, good living room and lobby, breakfast was ok
The best stay ever for very reasonable price. Thank you!
Really friendly staff, very clean, free internet and bar is open 24/7. Hyde Park View Hostel was perfect!
The Hyde Park View Hostel had small rooms, although the hostel had a good location and friendly staff.
Staff was very friendly, rooms were always clean. I had some problems with the locker and room situation in general, but the hostel's lovely staff fixed it in no time. Spent my last 10 days in London really well at this hostel. I highly recommend Hyde Park View Hostel for everyone
I found Hyde Park View Hostel good value for money. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were fine. Superb location
Narrow rooms, without any chairs, tables, or places to hang your clothes (except a spartan metal iron closet without lockers). Floor was dusty. Very thin mattresses. Only one thin blanket provided per bed. Thin pillows. Four bed rooms are in the underground floor (no view of Hyde Park). Bathroom was reasonably clean and inside the room however the sink was defect (water took ages to flush away). Towels are charged 5 pounds each. Location is central, but not recommended for the most touristic part of London. Continental breakfast, yet very poor. I would recommend spending a bit more to get something better. A returned safety deposit was requested on top of the room fare, 10 pounds per person. Staff were pretty ok.
